The practical details, answered.
It covers a focused first version with the boundaries listed below. More workflows, integrations, complex reporting and data migration increase the scope. You receive a written proposal before any development payment is requested.
No. Start with the problem and the people who need to use the system. We clarify the essential workflow and agree a specification before building. Larger discovery or design phases are quoted before they begin.
We can review the codebase, data and hosting first. We then propose a phased improvement or rebuild based on what can be reused safely.
Ownership and handover are set out in your proposal. Our default is to hand over the custom project code and your business data after the agreed payments. Third-party software remains subject to its own licence terms.
Hosting, domains, email delivery, paid APIs, third-party subscriptions, ongoing maintenance and later features are separate unless your proposal explicitly includes them. We identify these costs before the build.
No. If an existing tool already meets your needs, configuring it may be more practical. Custom development makes sense when your workflow, customer experience or product needs something more specific.
Describe the problem in your own words. You do not need a technical specification. We will help define a sensible first phase.
