What we collect

We collect information submitted through our forms, including contact details, business details, project details, preferred domain names, uploaded files and messages.

For ecommerce and custom software enquiries, you may also provide product information, expected users, integrations, budget and timing. We use these details to assess the project, prepare a quote and follow up on your request. These project details are not sent as analytics event parameters.

If you consent to analytics, we create random visitor and session references and record campaign attribution, pages and sections viewed, scroll milestones, button clicks, form progress and broad device or browser information. We may also record your IP address and an approximate country, region or city inferred from it to assess traffic quality and geographic relevance. Location is resolved on our server using a local GeoIP database, or from our network provider when available; we do not request GPS location or record a street address. These records are not anonymous. Typed form values are excluded. When an enquiry is submitted, its consented session may be linked to that lead so we can understand which marketing and website steps contributed to the enquiry.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, deliver the website service, prepare previews, communicate about your project and keep business records.

Legal basis

We process your information because you have made an enquiry, requested a service or started a project with us.

Storage and retention

Journey IP addresses, when enabled, are kept for up to 30 days and removed by automatic housekeeping. Access is restricted to the password-protected administration area. Approximate location follows the journey retention period below. IP addresses and inferred locations are not attached to our Google, Meta or TikTok analytics event payloads.

Form submissions are stored in our application database and may also appear in email notifications, business exports and project file folders. We keep project records for business, service and accounting reasons.

Consented website journey records are stored in our first-party database for the retention period configured by Digital Pegas, currently 180 days, and are then removed automatically. You can withdraw optional analytics consent at any time through Cookie settings; this stops new first-party journey events and removes the browser identifiers used for future tracking.

Cookies and analytics

Necessary storage may be used for security. When configured, Google measurement tags use advanced Consent Mode and may send limited cookieless measurement signals while analytics and advertising storage remain denied. Our detailed first-party journey measurement, analytics cookies, advertising cookies and personalisation are enabled only after the relevant choice is accepted. Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel load only after advertising measurement is accepted. TikTok may process online identifiers and device or browser information for advertising measurement; our Lead event does not include the name, email, phone number or message submitted through the form. You can change these choices through Cookie settings in the footer.
